SERVICES

At London PrimeVets, we bring together advanced veterinary medicine and a warm, personal approach. Whether your pet needs a routine check-up, long-term care, or urgent attention, we’re here with gentle hands, clear communication, and a deep commitment to their wellbeing.

Consultations

Whether it’s something routine or a cause for concern, our 20-minute consultations give you and your pet the time, space, and care you both deserve. We’re here to listen, explain, and support you every step of the way.

Vaccinations

We provide core and lifestyle vaccinations tailored to your pet’s age, species, and daily life — all done with gentle handling and honest advice on what’s best for them.

Travel Certificates

Planning a trip? We’re authorised to issue Animal Health Certificates (AHCs) for travel to the EU and beyond. We’ll guide you through the paperwork and deadlines to make the process as smooth as possible.

Surgery

We offer a wide range of surgical procedures in-house — including soft tissue, orthopaedic, and ophthalmic surgeries. Every procedure is carried out with careful monitoring, modern techniques, and a strong focus on your pet’s safety and comfort.

Dentistry

Healthy teeth are key to a happy life. We provide dental check-ups, scale and polish procedures, and extractions when needed — all supported by dental X-rays and modern equipment to ensure thorough, comfortable care.

Cardiology

Our vet Tania is currently completing a postgraduate certificate in cardiology and has a special interest in heart health. We offer in-house ECG, cardiac ultrasound, and blood pressure monitoring to assess and manage heart conditions with care and precision.

Ophthalmology

Dagmar is undertaking her ophthalmology certificate and brings a strong interest in diagnosing and treating eye conditions. We offer thorough ophthalmic exams and perform various eye surgeries on-site with specialist tools and experience.

Internal Medicine

From complex cases to chronic illnesses, we take a thorough, thoughtful approach to internal medicine — combining in-depth diagnostics with personalised treatment plans tailored to your pet’s unique needs.

Emergency & Critical Care (ECC)

Tania and Dagmar have both spent several years working in ECC, gaining hands-on experience in managing a wide range of emergencies. Dagmar is also finishing her ECC postgraduate certificate, giving us the tools and knowledge to act quickly and confidently when your pet needs urgent care.

Dermatology

We diagnose and manage a wide variety of skin and coat problems — from allergies and infections to chronic irritation. Our approach combines detailed investigation with effective, long-term treatment plans to help your pet feel their best.

Endoscopy

Our in-house endoscopy service allows us to investigate gastrointestinal and respiratory issues with minimal discomfort — giving us fast answers while being as gentle as possible.

Diagnostics

We offer a full range of in-house diagnostics, including blood tests, urine analysis, digital X-rays, and abdominal and cardiac ultrasound. Faster results mean faster treatment — and greater peace of mind.

End-of-Life Care

We’re here for you during life’s most difficult moments, offering honest guidance, compassionate support, and gentle euthanasia services in a quiet, peaceful space — or at home, if you prefer.

Home Visits

For pets who are anxious in new environments or clients who need a home-based visit, we offer local home appointments — from general check-ups to end-of-life care.

Extended Appointments

Some pets need more time, and that’s okay. We offer longer consultations for nervous animals, complex conditions, or new clients who want a little extra space to talk and ask questions.

OUR FACILITIES

At London PrimeVets, we bring together advanced veterinary medicine and a warm, personal approach. Whether your pet needs a routine check-up, long-term care, or urgent attention, we’re here with gentle hands, clear communication, and a deep commitment to their wellbeing.

Modern, Thoughtful Design

Our clinic is fully equipped with the latest veterinary technology — from a dedicated sterile theatre and dental suite (complete with dental X-rays and a specialised table) to modern imaging and endoscopy. We’re proud to offer a bright, quiet environment where pets feel more at ease.

Comfort from the Start

We know a visit to the vet can be stressful — so we’ve created a space that helps ease anxiety. You’ll find separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, three spacious consultation rooms, and a peaceful reception area designed for a calm experience from the moment you walk in.

Species-Specific Wards & ICU

Our hospital wards are separated for dogs and cats to minimise stress during stays. For cats, that means cosy, private hideaways. For dogs — even large breeds — we offer walk-in kennels and a dedicated ICU unit for close monitoring and recovery when it’s needed most.

In-House Laboratory & Imaging

With our on-site lab, digital X-rays, ultrasound, and endoscopy, we can investigate health concerns quickly and thoroughly — often with same-day answers to help guide urgent or ongoing care.
